A meeting of Board of Directors of AES Barka SAOG (the Company) was held on 29 July 2010 at the offices of the Company. The Board unanimously made the following decision:
The Board reviewed and approved the un-audited financial statements of the Company for the half year ended June 30, 2010 along with the Management Discussion and Analysis Report.
The revenues for the half year ended June 30, 2010 were RO 18.73 million as compared to RO 19.14 million for the half year ended June 30, 2009. The net profit of the company for the half year ended June 30, 2010 was RO 3.17 million as compared to RO 3.40 million for the half year ended June 30, 2009.
